Ingredients:
1 23 oz Bourbon whiskey
12 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
14 oz Fernet Branca liqueur
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with skewered cherry.

Adapted from a recipe created in 2021 by Ryan Polhemus, bar manager at Offsuit bar in Boston, USA. Ryan's original recipe called for Coffee-infused Angostura Bitters.

Very delightful sipper. For those who has drier taste, this could be a dessert-like drink after meal.

This was a delightful cocktail. Thought it may be a bit bitter because of the Fernet, but not at all. Tonight, I shall be "kiss(ing) the boys Goodnight" as featured.
