Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Rose petal liqueur
16 oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
14 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with maraschino cherry.

The smokey whiskey completely dominates the drink and it jars IMO. I’d be tempted to add a bourbon or just leave the whiskey out
