How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
|2 fl oz||Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum|
|1/2 fl oz||Rose petal liqueur|
|1/6 fl oz||Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky|
|1/6 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix)|
|1/4 fl oz||Apple juice (apple cider) unsweetened & cloudy|
|1/2 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1 dash||Angostura Aromatic Bitters|
