2 shot Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum BUY
½ shot Rose petal liqueur
shot Islay single malt Scotch whisky
shot Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
¼ shot Pressed apple juice
½ shot Freshly squeezed lime juice
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters BUY

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Luxardo Maraschino cherry

Comment:

A Daiquiri riff with Islay malt, rose petal liqueur and vanilla.
