Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
34 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc)
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Cherry blossom/sakura syrup
16 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
1 dash La Fée Parisienne absinthe

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered maraschino cherry with cherry blossom when in season.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Why open a bottle of Lillet when I have Mancino Sakura open? Used this instead and it is delicious! Best of my 4 attempts at cocktails so far using this lovely vermouth.
