Ingredients:
34 oz Ketel One Vodka
34 oz Dutch Cacao white crème de cacao
12 oz Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe
16 oz Bols Blue Curaçao
16 oz Brancamenta
34 oz Single cream/half-and-half
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint sprig tip.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with mint sprig tip floated in the centre of the cocktail.

History:

Created by yours truly in May 2024 in tribute to the many Grasshoppers made by Robert Diaz (played by Ricky Martin), the closeted bartender hero, for Maxine Dellacorte-Simmons (played by Kristen Wiig) in the Palm Royale period comedy-drama series which premiered on Apple TV+ in March 2024. Maxine is a social climber striving for lofty status in Palm Beach high society via membership of Palm Royale, the town's exclusive country club and Grasshoppers are her cocktail of choice.

I used french white crème de cacao (flavour is something in between dutch white and dark) So I'm not sure if this will fit as well with dutch, but doubling the amount of Curaçao did wonders!
