1/2 fl oz | Double cream / heavy cream (chilled) |

How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of chocolate powder.
- SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Whip or shake cream to aerate then FLOAT in the centre of the cocktail.
- Garnish with a dusting of chocolate powder.
