Used (earl grey infused) Dolin dry in place of bianco as it was all I had - but an incredibly good drink. Perfect balance.

What a wonderful tribute to Paddington. It is perfect for his name. Used an organic orange marmalade which is not as sweet as many of the others in the stores. Loved the hint of orange in this Martini variation.

I made this with my own homemade seville orange marmalade, so was expecting great things! It was very nice, don't get me wrong, but the marmalade does dominate (which is maybe the point), but it did seem to rather undersell the pisco, which deserves a front and central role. Might be worth reversing the gin/pisco ratios? Just a thought...

Picked up some pisco and Bianco specifically to make this drink, and absolutely worth it! I love it! Thanks so much for sharing this one, Simon!

Great to hear Kevin. I remember cycling to Paddington station to find a bear to garnish this cocktail. One lost bear given a good home!
