Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
1 1⁄2 oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
2⁄3 oz | Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc) |
2⁄3 oz | Byrrh aperitif aromatised wine |
1⁄3 oz | Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur) |
1 barspoon | Orange marmalade |
Garnish: Lemon zest twist
STIR all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).
