How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of black ice).

1 1/2 fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum
2/3 fl oz Lillet Blanc (or other aromatized wine)
2/3 fl oz Byrrh Grand Quinquina
1/3 fl oz Italian red bitter liqueur
1 spoon Orange marmalade

Adapted from a recipe created in 2011 by Daniel Bovey at Sahara Bar in Reading, England. This is a variation on Salvatore Calabrese's Breakfast Martini.
