Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
23 oz Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc)
23 oz Byrrh aperitif aromatised wine
13 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
1 barspoon Orange marmalade
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon zest twist

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).

Wonderful. I did use du bonnet as I had no Byrrh as prescribed. Nice garden drink in late afternoon
