Glass:

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
23 oz Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc)
23 oz Dubonnet, Byrrh etc. rouge light quinquina
13 oz Italian red bitter liqueur
1 barspoon Orange marmalade
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Wonderful. I did use du bonnet as I had no Byrrh as prescribed. Nice garden drink in late afternoon
