How to make:
Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of glass (just to bruise). Add the next 4 ingredients to glass and two-thirds fill with crushed ice. CHURN (stir) with bar spoon and then FILL glass with more crushed ice. TOP with soda, briefly churn and serve.

1 1/3 fl oz | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
2/3 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1/2 fl oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |

Review:
A Mojito with a touch of cherry. Beware, this is no cherry bomb and those looking for something fruitier and sweeter should add 2.5 to 5ml (½ to 1 barspoon) sugar syrup.
