Ingredients:
1 12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
34 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
14 oz Elderflower liqueur
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. RIM glass with smoked cinnamon (moisten outside edge with orange juice and dip into cinnamon).
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Adapted from a recipe created by Pablo Ayos at Ibiza Bartenders Bar School in Ibiza, Spain. Pablo's recipe originally called for ¾ shot Dos Deus Vermouth.

Pierre Ferrand Ambre, Cocchi di Torino, St. Germain... a pathetically pedestrian recipe with these bangers at these specs... Ugh, the aftertaste is ok to overwhelmingly elderflower.... hmm, interesting.
