1 12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
23 oz Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
12 oz Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
1 12 oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine

How to make:

STIR first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with sparkling wine.

The mixture of raspberry and cognac gives a dominant taste that the champagne is unable to compensate. The benedectin is more of an alibi than a welcome addition. (This is an opinion not a verdict)
