Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge, orange slice wheel and raspberries.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
  5. CHURN (stir) with bar spoon.
  6. Garnish with pineapple wedge, orange wheel and raspberries.
  7. Serve with a straw.

Probably depends on your juices and syrup, but can be a bit sweet, so make sure you get enough dilution.

Thinking of scaling this up for a party and including some ginger ale for zing - so I can serve one rum punch and one non alcoholic. Any suggestions for getting the perfect flavour balance?

Found the raspberry a bit overpowering, but was happier with the balance after reducing the syrup to 3/4 oz.
