⁵⁄₆ fl oz	Ferrand Dry Curaçao liqueur
⁵⁄₆ fl oz	Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
2 dash	Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 ²⁄₃ fl oz	Thomas Henry Ginger Ale
1 ²⁄₃ fl oz	Cola

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Collins glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lemon, orange & strawberry slices, mint sprig & borage.

Method

POUR all ingredients into glass.
Half fill glass with ice.
Add a citrus slice and a couple of mint leaves from garnish
Fill to brim with ice.

Garnish

Finish with rest of garnish.

A fruit cup is just not as fruity when made with any other spirit – yes cachaça is distilled from fermented sugar cane juice rather than fruit, but in this cocktail it seems to amplify fruity and sweet notes. While it may not go down well at Wimbledon, we're sure it would be a hit in Rio.

Never tried a fruitcup before, but its hard to believe anything tastes more like "summer vacation" as this drink. One of my favorites, i will now try the other versions of Difford Fruitcups.

Emiel's suggestion is on point. I only had Clement Blanc on hand, but that was way more than adequate. This is not-so-arguably my favorite of the Difford fruit cup series. I did (had to) reduce the cola down a notch. What's your take?

I could personally do with 1.5 shot of Cachaca in my version. It just misses that grassy note with 1 shot
