Review:

The rum and cognac combo from Between the Sheets served as part of the Slow Comfortable genre. As with so many of the Slow Comfortable family of cocktails, when made with freshly squeezed orange juice, this is a tasty, fruity and balanced long drink.

A remarkably "mellow" cocktail while drinking, but you will feel it as you finish it. Nicely balanced. I think it is imperative that fresh squeezed OJ is used vs bottled from a flavor/sweetness standpoint.

Agreed. Orange juice suffers a bad wrap in cocktails as so often not freshly squeezed.

This is a great to have at Brunch. Sharp flavours and the orange juice was great. Might add a little Galliano next time for a Slow Comfortable Bang Between the Sheets.

I did add a splash of Galliano to the end of the drink. Very interesting as it has an after taste of Licorish. The Bang is OK too.
