Ingredients:
1 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
0.42 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
0.42 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
0.42 oz Banana tea
2 dash Chocolate bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of float dried banana chip.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Vodka as the canvas, I used Dolin vermouth which gave a light backdrop of botanicals. There was a light banana flavour but the bitters gave the drink it’s purpose with rich chocolate notes. Very good.

Made this leaving out the banana tea, too lazy to make it, still made an excellent cocktail.
