Ingredients:
1 13 oz Cacao & coffee spiced rum
12 oz Cynar or other carciofo amaro
13 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
13 oz Disaronno amaretto
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with maraschino cherry.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created in 2019 by Kiki Moka at Union Group; Jakarta. Kiki's original recipe comprised: 30ml Black Tears Spiced Rum, 20ml Cherry Heering, 10ml Luxardo Amaretto and 15ml Cynar.

A fabulous cocktail if you are looking for something after dinner. The Cynar is a brilliant addition to what with two liqueurs could end up cloying, instead it’s a great chocolate-amaretto-cherry delight.
