Strength & taste guide:
Review:
A cleansing, delicately minty, bittersweet and very complex after-dinner digestivo.
History:
Adapted from a recipe created by Andrea Gualdi at Maybe Sammy in Sydney, Australia. Andrea's original recipe calls for Tempus Fugit crème de menthe and for the Amaro Montenegro to be infused with spices and this adds a delicious extra something to what is a great drink even without added spice.
