History:

Adapted from a recipe by Iván Villegas, created after being inspired by Martini Ciclismo 2020 La Classica. Iván says, "As we crossed the villages and cruised the small roads, I was sometimes struck by aromas of pines, flowers and fig trees that triggered my fond memories of long-missed Mediterranean family holidays; so I let this bond with my love for vermouth and then thought of the "Diplomat" classic cocktail since diplomats are always around people from many countries as we were during La Classica."
