1⅔ fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
2 spoon Powdered sugar (or use 5ml of 2:1 sugar syrup per spoon)
fl oz Chilled water

How to make:

Cut zest from your lime prior to squeezing for juice. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Lime zest twist (discarded) & lime wedge on rim
