How to make:
Cut zest from your lime prior to squeezing for juice. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 2⁄3 fl oz||Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Freshly squeezed lime juice|
|2 spoon||Powdered sugar (or use 5ml of 2:1 sugar syrup per spoon)|
|1⁄3 fl oz||Chilled water|
|4 drop||Difford's Daiquiri Bitters (optional)|
