fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum
¾ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
½ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
½ fl oz Chilled water (omit if using wet ice)
2 slice Lime peel

How to make:

Bitter lime zest oils are key to the balance of this drink. Hence, peel your lime before squeezing for juice and then add two slices (cut pole to pole) of lime peel with other ingredients. Then SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass
