How to make:
Cut zest from your lime prior to squeezing for juice. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 2⁄3 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum |
1⁄2 fl oz | Freshly squeezed lime juice |
2 spoon | Powdered sugar (or use 5ml of 2:1 sugar syrup per spoon) |
1⁄3 fl oz | Chilled water |
4 drop | Difford's Daiquiri Bitters (optional) |
