In David Embury's 1948 classic, The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks, our hero lists four wildly different drinks using Swedish Punch (also variations for Doctor No.2, No.3 and No.4). Trader Vic's 'Bartender's Guide lists two variations of a single drink, of which the above is my own adaptation.
