Ingredients:
1 23 oz Oude genever
16 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
13 oz Chilled water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Delightful. I have been waiting to try this, and happily a liquor store in my city finally got a Dutch Oude Genever. Worth the wait!

Wonderful variation of a Martini. Nice flavour of the Genever and a nice hint of orange. Excellent for before dinner.
