Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
56 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
56 oz Ketel One Vodka
34 oz Strucchi Bianco Vermouth
12 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
16 oz Sour apple liqueur
16 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of apple wedge or dehydrated apple slice.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with apple wedge on rim or float dehydrated apple slice .

Review:

Variant:

Appletini (Sour Apple Martini) - vodka, sour apple liqueur, sugar syrup, lime cordial, lime juice and lemon juice.
Split Apple Martini - calvados, vodka, apple juice and bianco americano.
Calvados Appletini - calvados, apple juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Big Apple Sour Martini - vodka, calvados, apple juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Apple Martini (simple) - vodka, gin, apple juice and sugar syrup.
Apple Martini (with apple schnapps) - vodka, gin, apple schnapps and apple juice.
Toffee Apple Martini - calvados, vodka, gin, sour apple liqueur, caramel toffee liqueur and apple juice.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created in 2022 by Julie Reiner at Milady's in New York City, USA. The original recipe omits sour apple liqueur and apple juice and instead combines the vodka and gin in a Granny Smith green apple infusion.
