3⁄4 oz | Strucchi Bianco Vermouth |
1⁄2 oz | Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack |
1⁄6 oz | Sour apple liqueur |
1⁄6 oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
Recipe contains the following allergens:
Spirits-forward, with a trio of spirits, and vermouth as befits the Martini name. Apple notes are well integrated rather than in your face.
Appletini (Sour Apple Martini) - vodka, sour apple liqueur, sugar syrup, lime cordial, lime juice and lemon juice.
Split Apple Martini - calvados, vodka, apple juice and bianco americano.
Calvados Appletini - calvados, apple juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Big Apple Sour Martini - vodka, calvados, apple juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Apple Martini (simple) - vodka, gin, apple juice and sugar syrup.
Apple Martini (with apple schnapps) - vodka, gin, apple schnapps and apple juice.
Toffee Apple Martini - calvados, vodka, gin, sour apple liqueur, caramel toffee liqueur and apple juice.
Adapted from a recipe created in 2022 by Julie Reiner at Milady's in New York City, USA. The original recipe omits sour apple liqueur and apple juice and instead combines the vodka and gin in a Granny Smith green apple infusion.
