Serve in a Martini glass
| 2 barspoon | Honey |
| 1 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
| 1 oz | Krupnik spiced honey liqueur |
| 2 oz | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
Garnish: Orange zest twist
STIR honey with vodka until honey dissolves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Sour grapefruit balanced by sweet honey.

I used homemade Lithuanian Krupnikas; I don't know how the sweetness level compares with store-bought, but the drink was a little sweeter than I would typically go for. I also skipped the honey.
Next time I will downshift the ratio of Krupnikas and vodka.
