I used a Fig Eau-de-Vie rather than the listed figgy pudding gin. Not available as a selection so I've chosen the closest match in terms of ABV and flavour

The cinnamon syrup is 1:1
The 3⁄4 spoon Timut pepper is 6 peppercorns
What's not to like? The mezcal interacts with the Aperol and the pamplemousse liqueur like they were sibblings. Other mezcals, and pamplemousse liqueurs
Extra acidic notes added by Passion fruit and Yuzu. Yuzu also adds hints of tangerine and ruby grapefruit full of zing.
