Method

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.

History

Adapted from a recipe created in July 2021 at Lobby Bar at The London Edition Hotel in London, England. This cocktail was sold in aid of S.A.C.R.E.D., a charity that helps improve lives in the rural communities in Mexico.

Review

Herbal tequila, refreshing lime and mild ginger heat mellowed with creamy vanilla, all lengthened and flavoured with apple cider. An exceptionally good and interesting long drink.

Used kings ginger liqueur instead of ginger syrup. And only had Breton cider to hand. But wonderful. As John says, a real burst of flavours.

Feel like I won the Lottery. Two outstanding cocktails in one day. The was great. the burst of flavours is unbelievable. Was wonderful with a Mexican food dinner. On my favourites.
