Ingredients:
2 oz Rhum J.M. Terroir Volcanique
12 oz Rhum Clément Créole Shrubb liqueur
3 dash Angostura Cocoa Bitters
3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and grated nutmeg.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
  2. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.

Wow. The flavours from this is great and strong. Used a Clairin from Haiti. Wonderful hit of agricole rum funk with the slight rum sweetness of the Creole Shrub. Not for the whimpy drinker. Strong agricole taste. Perfect for an evening sipper.
