1 1⁄2 fl oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
3⁄4 fl oz Swedish Punsch liqueur
1⁄2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1⁄3 fl oz Chilled water/mineral water (omit if using wet ice)
4 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters (optional)

Glassware

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.

Method

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
