Ingredients:
1 12 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
12 oz Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur)
12 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist .
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

This was great for before dinner drinks. Good balance. Did serve over the rocks. Didn't last that long to get watery.
