A Toreador meets a Milk & Honey El Diablo with crème de cassis swapped out for red bitter liqueur. Two already good drinks merged to become a brilliant spicy and bittersweet cocktail.
We discovered the Toreador Del Diablo in February 2025 at the brilliant Satan's Whiskers in London, England. This delicious cocktail was created circa 2011 by José Manuel Alvarez Gonzalez at Milk & Honey in London. England. Daniel Waddy was a colleague of Manuel's at Milk & Honey and brought the cocktail to Satan's Whiskers.
