History

Adapted from a 2015 recipe by Maxime Verrier at Pollen Street Social, London who named this drink, inspired by the classic Stinger and Brandy Cocktail, after the eponymous 1956 movie High Society starring Frank Sinatra. The Stinger cocktail also appeared in the film.

This is a very interesting and soothing after-dinner cocktail. All the falvours blended well together with nothing overpowering the other. I was so pleased as I have now thrown my first cocktail. It was fun.
