How to make

Serve in a Martini glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients (including mint) with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

This was great. Sort of a gin based mojito. Was a little sweet for my taste would half the sugar syrup next time. Loved the addition of the mint flavour to the herbal flavours from the gin and the slight hint of orange from the bitters. Very good and unique martini.

Now, being a displaced Montana cowboy living in Florida, I had to try this. Forget the bitters! I followed the recipe right up to the optional bitters and simply scrapped a little orange zest on the surface. Wonderful, if I do say so.
