STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Del Maguey Vida Clásico mezcal |
| 3/4 fl oz | Rosso/rouge (sweet) vermouth |
| 1/2 fl oz | Strega liqueur |
| 4 drop | Bob's Grapefruit Bitters |

Adapted from a recipe created in 2019 by Erick Castro at Polite Provisions, San Diego, USA. Erick's original recipe calls for a "grasshopper salt rim" made by blending ½ cup sea salt and 2 spoons dehydrated grasshoppers.
