This is a very nice cocktail. Smooth and nice hints of apple and cinnamon. Did look at Arjun comment, and decided to put add 1/2 oz of Laird's Bottled-in-bond applejack. Added more of hit of apple and more of a hit of alcohol. Both were very nice.

This was good, but a bit empty. I subbed Laird's BIB Applejack for the vodka, and added a dash of Angostura bitters and the drink came out great.

With the vodka, I thought it was pedestrian but with potential. I'm not sure I've had apple and grapefruit juice together but, along with the honey, I liked it. The Laird's, however, took this drink up many levels.
