Serve in a Copper mug or Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum
0.42 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 12 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Copper mug or Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime slice and mint sprigs.
  3. POUR first 3 ingredients into mug/glass.
  4. Briefly STIR.
  5. Fill glass two-thirds full with cubed ice.
  6. TOP with ginger beer and fill glass with a crown of crushed ice.
  7. Garnish with lime slice and mint sprigs bouquet.
  8. Serve with a straw.

made with obscenely cheap kirkland spiced rum ($15/handle). tastes good.

With dark/black rum it is indeed a Dark 'n' Story, it's also a Rum Buck.

Great summer drink. We used half sugar syrup and I think we could leave it out and it would still be enjoyable.
