Garnish:

Blueberries (or blackberries) & serve with straw

How to make:

MUDDLE blueberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice. (Or reduce sugar syrup to 10ml (1/3oz) and serve over cubed ice.)

1 fl oz Apple juice (cloudy & unsweetened)
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
