How to make:
MUDDLE banana with cachaça and rum in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|3 slice||Banana (preferably overripe)|
|1 fl oz||Cachaça|
|2/3 fl oz||Caribbean blended rum aged 3-5 years|
|1/2 fl oz||Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur|
|1/6 fl oz||Nixta liqueur|
|1/3 fl oz||Fino sherry|
|1/6 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|2 drop||Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)|
Funky cachaça with rum and corn liqueur with the all-important banana flavours contributed by fresh overripe banana and banana liqueur.
