One year ago I mixed a batched Manhattan Island and aged it in a TEN30 barrel I've used to age multiple Manhattan variations. My version was made with Hennessy VSOP, Cocchi di Torino vermouth and Luxardo cherry liqueur.

Exquisite!

This was a great Manhattan. Loved the use of the cognac. Strong, but very well balanced. Perfect before dinner.

Really liked this grown up cocktail. A refreshing balance of flavours- great for winding down before dinner at the end of the week!

I used 1/4 shot of the Luxardo (hard to resist) and it was warm and strong. Perfect for New Years Eve 2022 !

Took your suggestion and added two amarena cherries for an extra treat.

Made with Cocchi Storico Vermouth Di Torino and just a couple of dashes of Angostura it was a deeply flavoursome, strong drink. Good to have after a hard day!
