How to make:
MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

|2 fl oz||Rutte Dry Gin|
|1/2 fl oz||Fiorente Elderflower liqueur|
|1/2 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/4 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix)|
|2 dash||Peach bitters|
Wonderfully floral and minty - worthy of a right royal drinker.
