How to make:
MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
7 fresh | Mint leaves |
2 fl oz | Rutte Dry Gin |
1/2 fl oz | Fiorente Elderflower liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix) |
2 dash | Peach bitters |
