Martini glass...
2 whole Cardamom pod
1 fl oz Cognac
¾ fl oz Triple sec liqueur
¾ fl oz Belle de Brillet pear liqueur
¾ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
½ fl oz Chilled water (omit if wet ice)

How to make:

MUDDLE cardamom in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Pear slice

Comment:

A wonderful meld of aromatic ingredients.
