How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
2 fl oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1 fl oz | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
1/4 fl oz | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
1/4 fl oz | Dubonnet/French rouge aromatised wine |
1/2 fl oz | Chilled water |

Very dry and aromatic. Sadly this will appeal to few palates.
