Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Monkey Shoulder Fresh Monkey
13 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
16 oz Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur)
1 dash La Fée Parisienne absinthe
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of dehydrated banana chip.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

This was great, would recommend 👍 first cocktail I’ve made with fresh monkey and it certainly is quite unique
