How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
3/4 fl oz | Strucchi Rosso Vermouth |
1/6 fl oz | Orange Curaçao liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Chilled water (omit if wet ice) |

FAIR AND WARMER COCKTAIL.
Harry Craddock, 1930
1/3 Italian Vermouth.
2/3 Bacardi Rum.
2 Dashes Curaçao.
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
Alcohol content:
- 1.4 standard drinks
- 25% alc./vol. (50° proof)
- 20 grams of pure alcohol
