Ingredients:
1 oz	Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
1 oz	Bourbon whiskey
¹⁄₂ oz	Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
2 oz	Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₄ oz	Monin Grenadine Syrup
¹⁄₆ oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
2 dash	Angostura Aromatic Bitters

I 2nd everyone who said to use aged rum and skip the simple syrup…what a delicious drink, lots of layers of taste!

Great summer cocktail. Strong orange flavour along with the zing from the rum and bourbon. Used a Barbados 8 year rum to add more depth of flavour. Used half the sugar syrup as our oranges are tree ripened and very sweet.
