How to make:

STIR one shot of rum with two ice cubes in a glass. Add sugar syrup, bitters and two more ice cubes. STIR some more and add another two ice cubes and the rest of the rum. STIR lots more and add more ice.

2 fl oz Bacardi Ocho Anos
13 fl oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
14 fl oz Demerara sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
