2 oz (60 ml) gin
1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
ž oz (22.5 ml) Honey syrup
Combine the gin, lime juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker, add 1 large ice cube, and shake vigorously until the drink is sufficiently chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe.
As the name suggests, The Business is a riff on a classic Bee's Knees with lime juice. It's snappier with lime instead of lemon juice.

Fords Gin.
However, since we saw this basically as a daiquiri made with gin. After tasting, we added the equivalent of 4 drops of Difford's Diaquiri Bitters. Pulled the flavours to a new level. Either way it is great.
