As the name suggests this is a riff on the classic Cosmopolitan using kirsch eau-de-vie in place of vodka.

Liked this cocktail. Like all Cosmos did find it a bit sweet, but I could adjust. It was nice to find another use for the Kirsch. May try using my other Eau de Vies.

With my type of Kirschwasser I think about adding a bit more Cointreau. Also a thyme sprig as decoration could possibly add some nice herb aromas.
