Flute glass...
1⅔ fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum
1 fl oz Fino sherry
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
2 dash Peychaud's Bitters

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Charcoal rim & grapefruit zest twist (discarded)

Comment:

Fino sherry and Peychaud Bitters brilliantly sets this riff on a classic Daiquiri apart. Beautifully balanced and delicately favoured. If you apply the charcoal rim, perhaps leave a lipstick saving space, rather than applying a lipstick saving space.
