fl oz Capucana Cachaca
¾ fl oz Campari Bitter
¾ fl oz Noilly Prat Extra Dry
¼ fl oz Pink grapefruit (pamplemousse rosé) liqueur
¼ fl oz Eau-de-Vie d'Abricot

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).

Garnish:

Orange zest twist

Comment:

As the name suggests this is a punchy cocktail – spirituous and bittersweet with a long bitter finish. Far from being a crowd-pleaser.

Adapted from a recipe created in 2016 by Ivy Mix at Leyenda, New York City, USA. The original recipe calls for Dolin Dry Vermouth, Giffard Pamplemousse and Blume Apricot Eau de Vie.
