How to make:
MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. Add next 4 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.

1/2 fl oz | Fiorente Elderflower liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix) |
1 2/3 fl oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
