Added a barspoon of maraschino cherry syrup on the bottom of the glass before add an ice cube and pour the cocktail over it. It turned out perfect
Sorry for the late reply, but here were the specs I used: 15ml lime, 7.5ml each of lemon and orange juices, 5ml each of grenadine and raspberry syrups (both 1:1), 1 dash orange bitters (Ango Orange), 60ml Calvados (Avallen), 7.5ml Bourbon (Wild Turkey 101). Shake with ice and finish with a lemon twist. In hindsight, I would bump up the syrups to 10ml each in the future, as I forgot the extra 7.5ml of plain syrup when adapting this recipe.
It's okay, thank you!
Used a combo of Bourbon and Calvados. Was a little too sour for me, but still quite delicious and nice. I also used a mix of orange juice and orange bitters, which is why I guess it was a little surprising. I also made one with just raspberry syrup and I would say I prefer that a little more.
I need the exact proportions of all this variants
Really delicious coffee cocktail with milkshake texture and suprisingly not too sweet! And wonderful presentation on picture :)
Cocktail that looks crazy on paper and can be make just in shaker? Sounds like Must try to me!
And it turned out incredible! Creamy texture, light sweetness from caramel syrup, sour passion fruit notes! Biscuit rim like the real cheesecake sides is a genius idea! If I'll become a grandma one day, I'll definitely "bake" this teasecake for my grandchildren when they turn a legal age, hehe
Hello from Ukrainian bartender :)
It's really perfection, one of my favourite cocktails from the Alexander family! A raspberry syrup gives a perfect light sourness to amaretto, with gin it creates a lot of taste notes which combine into a flavour symphony by cream✨️
Matcha powder, Hot water, Coconut cream, Amaro (e.g. Montenegro), (+ 4 more)
Scotch whisky, Maple syrup, Orgeat syrup, Egg white (pasteurised), Irish cream liqueur
This cocktail reminds me frozen raspberry in chocolate, but tastes even better! And I really like both sweet and sour notes and freshness of mint aroma. A perfect summer dessert, both sweet and refreshing, turned into a cocktail, I'll deffinitely make it again
It's amazing! One of my favourite cocktails from now. I can clearly feel the taste of every key ingredient and how they combines with each other at once, and that's what I like the most in cocktails. And champagne foam is literally geniusly! It complements the taste perfeclty!
