Method

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare garnish of orange slice & skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
STIR all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Johnnie Walker Black, Heering Cherry, Dolin Rouge, & Angostura. Like drinking a slightly sweet, mildly cherry, smooth campfire... But I like that sort of thing, so thumbs up from me.

Not bad but definitely should be stirred, not shaken - doesn't benefit for the extra-dilution, quite the opposite.

This is a reasonable drink, though the use of "old fashion" set my expectation in a different direction. this is definitely more a Manhattan style both in construction and flavor profile.
